When you are creating a website or updating a blog then you may want to use images. Images helps you to express your ideas visually and in a better way especially if you are creating a tutorial website.
Now you don’t want to use images which are copyright. If you use such images with the creator’s approval than you will be sued for it. So, in this article you will see two ways by which you can find free images to use for your website commercially.
The first way is by using Google images.
Search the image which you want to find.
Now you can find the images which you have searched for.
But these images are mixed copyright and Free. So, we want to search for free images to use even commercially.
Click on “Gear” settings icon on the right as shown below.
Click on “Advanced search“. Scroll down and you can see “usage rights“.
Click on the drop down menu.
Now you can select the option suitable for you. “Free to use, share or modify, even commercially” allows you to use it in your website or modify according to your wish.
The best result will be displayed which is completely free to use.
The second is by using Flickr
Type the web address of Flickr: https://www.flickr.com.
On the upper right corner type the name of the image you want to search eg:- “Tiger” and search for it.
Now you will get the result which has both copyright and free images.
Click on the “Advanced Search” link as shown below.
Scroll down and look for “Creative Comments“.
Put a tick mark in front of “ “.
Also put a tick mark on “ ” and on “Find content to modify, adapt, or build upon“.
Click on “Search” button.
Now all the copyright images will be removed and only the free images will be displayed.
