As you go on using Firefox then during the course of time you many feel that your Firefox performance has decreased. You install add-ons. Your browser may be hijacked by adware. Click on “Help” and then on “Troubleshooting information

Firefox will reset and will be closed and you will see the information about what things are saved by Firefox.

The Old data for Firefox will be stored in the desktop with the folder named “Old Firefox Data“. You need to delete it as it contains information about your Firefox data and settings.
